A Calm Mind Can Pull You Out Of The Most Complex Situation
Helen knew that the client meeting next week was very important for her company. She and her team worked very hard on the presentation which she would have shown the clients. It was already 1pm and she was running a little behind schedule. She asked the office boy to help her put all her stuff in the car which she was taking to the airport. She gave her handset and hands-free to her assistant who knew how to connect motorola bluetooth headset. She did what was necessary and returned it to Helen. On the way to the airport, Helen took care of important calls and went through her last minute presentations on her laptop. Once she got off the car and went inside the airport departure terminal building, she realized that she had forgotten her briefcase in the car. She quickly called up her assistant and asked her to keep the briefcase safely once the car reached the office and fax the files. She checked into her hotel and went through the files that her assistant had faxed across as per her instructions and managed to strike the deal with the clients the next day. It was her presence of mind that helped her manage this crisis situation.
